HOW TO RETURN
Make sure you return the product (s) undamaged, and unworn and fill in the return form.
Put the return form filled in, in the package.
More instructions can be found on the return form that came with your order.
* Products at a discount can not be returned
DID YOU PAY WITH PAYPAL?
PayPal has a service where they cover your return costs up to 12 times a year.

WARRANTY
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We ask you to contact us if the product arrives damaged or if you have a complaint about the product.
You can state the problem or complaint in our contact form. We ask you to describe as clearly as possible what the complaint is and send photos of the problem.
We try to contact you within 24 hours to find a suitable solution.
However, products that have not been handled with care are not covered by the warranty. Also wear and tear and deliberate damage are not included.
