Returns and warranty
At RoseLee Amsterdam you have the option to return your order within 14 days.
However, as a small business we do ask that the customer pay the return shipping costs.
HOW CAN YOU RETURN YOUR ORDER
Make sure you return the product(s) undamaged and unworn and complete the returns form.
Place the completed returns form in the package.
More instructions can be found on the returns form supplied with your order.
GUARANTEE
Customer satisfaction is our first priority. We request that you contact us if the product arrives damaged or if you have a complaint about the product.
You can report the problem or complaint in our contact form. We ask you to describe as clearly as possible what the complaint is and to send photos of the problem.
We will try to contact you within 24 hours to find a suitable solution.
We can only treat products that involve a manufacturer's defect.
However, products that have not been handled with care are not covered by the warranty. Wear and tear and intentional damage are also not included.
