Your privacy is very important to us. We therefore adhere to privacy legislation. This means that your data is safe with us and that we always use it correctly. In this privacy statement we explain what we do with information that we learn about you.

Use of personal data:
When using our webshop we receive the following information about you:

- E-mail address

The law calls this 'personal data' and states that we may only use it if we explain exactly why and for what reason. You can read this below.
We do not give your personal information to other companies or organizations, unless this is necessary for the webshop or if the law determines that this is necessary. An example is that we suspect fraud. We must also report this to the police.
Your account
You must first register for certain parts of our webshop. You must then provide information about yourself and choose a username. With this we create an account, on which you can log in with that username and a password of your choice. We keep this information so that you do not need to enter it again and so that we can approach you in the webshop if necessary.
We keep this information for as long as your account exists. You can change information through your account whenever you want.
Process order
When you place an order with us, we use your personal information to process it correctly. We can then provide your personal information to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We have also received information about your payment from your bank or credit card company.
We keep this information for as long as necessary to complete the order and then until the warranty has expired. We keep some information longer because it is required by law. For example, we have to keep proof of your purchase and your invoice with the tax authorities for seven years.

With the contact form you can ask us questions or submit requests. You must also provide certain information. We will keep this until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response and six months thereafter. This way we can easily include the information for subsequent questions. We can also train our customer service to get even better.

We will not provide your personal data to other companies or institutions under any circumstances, unless this is necessary for our online store or if we are required by law to do so (for example if the police require this in case of a suspicion of a crime).
